If you are interested in how goods are shipped from production and have a knack for numbers, then the apprenticeship as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) for wholesale and foreign trade management from August 2024 is right up your alley.

In your apprenticeship, you will learn how to confidently advise, negotiate, and sell to our customers. At the same time, you will act as a mediator between the producers of goods and the retailers. Some of the tasks you will take on during your apprenticeship include:

  • Initiating orders and procuring goods
  • Obtaining quotes and comparing conditions
  • Writing orders and quotes
  • Handling complaints
  • Processing cost accounting and payment transactions
  • Working in the pick-up sales department
  • Providing service and customer support
