    Sales Operations Analyst

    Location: San Francisco, CA (REMOTE)

    Pay: $43-45 per hour

    Job Responsibilities

    · Calculates and analyzes individual sales representatives' commissions and compensation with data from Salesforce, using Google Sheets

    · Analyzes Salesforce reports and explains to management

    · Assists with new sales hires' compensation plan and offer letters

    · Responsible for resolving sales representatives' questions and issues through interpretation of policies and procedures

    Requirements

    · Bachelors' Degree (preferred)

    · 3-5 years' experience in sales operations or sales compensation roles.

    · Strong Salesforce & Google Sheets experience

    · Experience working cross-functionally in a global organization
