    Administrative Assistant - Construction - Colorado Springs, CO

    Salary Range: $15 - $17 per hour

    Job Type: Full-time

    Job Summary: Goodwill Staffing has a client that is a dynamic and growing construction firm based in Colorado Springs. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on quality, we are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

    Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be friendly, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in handling various administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
    • Perform general receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
    • Assist with filing and maintaining organized office records.
    • Collaborate with the accounting team by providing necessary reports and documentation.
    • Utilize computer skills to perform tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and email communication.
    • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
    • Exhibit critical thinking skills to solve problems efficiently.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    • Openness to learning new tasks and taking on additional responsibilities.
