Immediate opportunity for a Recruiting / HR Associate.

Targeting a self-motivated, growth minded individual that has the desire to learn and be part of a great company.

Full time, hybrid schedule working onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs in McLean, VA.

Starting pay - $28.00 to $32.00/hr.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, hiring managers, and TA teams.

Curiosity and Ambition: Desire to learn and grow within the HR field, with a proactive approach to self-improvement.

HR Exposure: Experience or knowledge in HR practices and processes, with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency.

Scheduling and Coordination: Ability to manage scheduling, background checks, and coordination tasks efficiently, possibly using ATS systems like Workday.


Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
