Description
Respond to customers request for information by providing detailed research and feedback.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Assist customers with Customer Center navigation.
  • Track and maintain customer interactions and insights.
  • Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office with emphasis in Word and Excel. Assessments will be given.
  • Ability to multitask and meet frequent deadlines.
  • Prefer bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or equivalent experience.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
