Customer Care Analyst - Warrenton, United States - TSI
Description
Respond to customers request for information by providing detailed research and feedback.- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Assist customers with Customer Center navigation.
- Track and maintain customer interactions and insights.
- Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office with emphasis in Word and Excel. Assessments will be given.
- Ability to multitask and meet frequent deadlines.
- Prefer bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or equivalent experience.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
