    Description
    Our Walnut Creek office is currently hiring an Associate Director of Client Services, responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with area business leaders. This role is crucial to expanding new and existing client opportunities - demanding detailed-oriented professionals who thrive in a results-driven, fast-paced and collaborative environment. Ideal candidates excel in high-volume cold-calling, generating business leads, and possess a positive attitude and motivation for success.

    We offer an excellent compensation package, including a competitive base salary and generous incentive plan based on candidate's experience and performance. Total compensation will range from $70,000 to $350,000.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Develop new and existing regional clients
    • Work with clients to identify their current and future projects and interim roles within accounting and finance
    • Partner with Associate Recruiting team and use critical thinking to staff client projects and engagements with qualified associates
    • Manage engagements to ensure clients' expectations are met
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure documentation is executed
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 2-3 years of professional business development/recruiting OR accounting/finance experience
    • Well-developed professional network and proven track record
    • A background in accounting and finance is preferred, but not required
