Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist.

As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
• Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
• Conduct regular checkins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of our software platform
• Analyze client data and provide insights to help drive their business goals
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives to expand client base
• Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce CRM system

Experience:

• Previous experience in account management or customer service role
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) industry is a plus

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
