- Understand technical documents and assist in engineering complex data networks.
- Design and service enterprise IT systems and resolve complex issues.
- Manage IT projects and installations, interfacing with various stakeholders.
- Coordinate with dispatch and service management for IT service requests.
- Ensure IT service request tracking and manage unscheduled tasks.
- Maintain a high regard for safety and performance standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide updates to senior leadership and maintain vendor relationships.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and administration tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.
- Master's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems Management preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in managed services and strategic technology planning.
- 5+ years of experience directing the delivery of managed services solutions
- Proficiency in MSP RMM platforms such as Kaseya, Datto, ConnectWise, and SolarWinds.
- Experience in an IT MSP environment with at least 10,000 endpoints.
- Relevant certifications (CISM, CRISC, CISSP) preferred.
- Cisco Training or COMP-TIA training with Certification is prefered
- Strong technical skills in networking, virtualization, cloud, and security.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
- Expert diagnostic and analytical skills in resolving IT issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and documentation.
- Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability to organizational changes and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation essential for the role.
- Ability to oversee lower-level staff and coordinate work effectively.
- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds, waist high, on a regular basis.
- Monday – Friday during normal business hours of 7:45am – 5:00 pm. Some overtime will be required.
- Job Location – This position will be based in Schertz, TX
- Callout and unscheduled overtime is required and anticipated.
- Light occasional travel is required and anticipated; a company vehicle is assigned; Most clients are within 100 miles of San Antonio and per diems and travel costs are covered.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time salaried IT Manager to join our team This is an onsite role.
Position Summary:
Technology Manager is accountable for defining and implementing technologies to meet the needs of our IT services clients. You will be reporting to the VP and overseeing a team of 5-6 individuals. which is comprised of a Network Specialist that will provide light supervisory cover of the remainder of the team (help desk and field technicians), all of which report up to this role. You will be managing platforms for monitoring, trouble ticketing, backup, and disaster recovery. Collaborating with the Chief Technology Officer, you'll lead the deployment of scalable solutions and ensure integration. Additionally, you'll oversee client technology infrastructure such as Voice, Video, Access Control, and Cloud services while prioritizing security and patching. The role involves managing various engineering teams and continuous personal development.
