    We are seeking to hire a Client Service Analyst.

    He/she will be responsible for monitoring and responding to day-to-day client inquiries requiring close collaboration with our third-party fund administrators and internal teams.

    A successful candidate will assist in many varied aspects of servicing clients, including but not to be limited to ongoing investor requests and questionnaires, oversight of the firm's client portals, coordination with the firm's fund administrators, and support for the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.

    ~We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Service Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be part of a team that is the backbone of our investment management operation, working closely with investment professionals, investor relations, and fund administration. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance, a passion for client service, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
    Manage client investment portfolios, ensuring they align with clients' investment objectives and risk tolerance.
    Partner with the Investment team to understand and communicate investment strategies and performance to clients.

    Work closely with the Fund Administration team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of client portfolio performance and other client-specific reports.

    Participate in client meetings and calls, providing updates on investment performance and addressing client inquiries.
    Identify opportunities to streamline and improve client service processes and procedures.
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
    A minimum of 2 years of experience in investment management, client service, investor relations, or a related role.
    Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and financial markets.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
