You provide technical 1st and 2nd level support for our hardware and software products
You assist with driver installation (Windows / Linux)
You support our customers in implementing our software APIs
You provide application support for our CAN analysis tools
You support sales

What should you bring?

You have successfully completed training in an information technology profession, electrical engineering profession, or equivalent knowledge
You have basic knowledge in the areas of Microsoft Windows, Linux, Visual
