DVVI is looking for an Accounting Manager to handle the day-to-day accounting tasks. This is a critical and hands-on role that will support a growing organization.
The Accounting Manager will independently handle the following responsibilities:
Maintain processes and procedures around daily recordkeeping
Accounting data entry required for AR, AP, and payroll
Ensure the proper categorization of transactions and accuracy of the general ledger
Support the Controller with the monthly financial close process
Manage disbursement cycle and accounts payable
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
Assist with tax return preparation with outside CPAs and other external reporting requirements
Establish and ensure internal controls
Various ad hoc projects
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and good communications skills.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
5+ years of experience in accounting positions with progressively increasing responsibility
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
Strong written and oral professional communication skills
Good organizational skills
Self-directed with an ability to work independently
Accounting degree preferred but not required

The Accounting Manager will be eligible for a base salary commensurate with experience along with a full suite of benefits offered by DVVI.
