    Your Role:

    As a Newcomer Assistant Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our team, bringing retail events to life in a manner that resonates with today's audience.

    Newcomer Assistant Event Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

    • Apply sales and marketing strategies effectively to promote client information
    • Confidently present in both office group settings and one-on-one interactions during events
    • Develop strong connections with existing clients and prospective customers
    • Maintain client relationships by achieving brand exposure targets
    • Proactively explore new business opportunities by understanding target demographics
    • Coach, mentor, and support team members to enhance overall team performance
    • Capable of hands-on work to arrange and manage event equipment
    • Aptitude in mathematics to monitor and document inventory for various events

    Newcomer Assistant Event Coordinator Qualifications:

    • Prior sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory
    • Background in customer service or hospitality can be advantageous
    • Positive mindset essential for goal attainment
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
    • Ability to think quickly to deliver immediate solutions
