    Job Overview – Sr. Accountant – 32414

    If you're a technical Sr.

    Accountant with strong supply chain and inventory experience looking for a collaborative team and dynamic environment where you can be challenge within a global organization, you may be a great fit for a hybrid Sr.

    Accountant role we're helping one of our clients fill.

    This role can sit at their corporate HQ in Charlotte during in-office days, but has the opportunity to be located at few other locations within the Southeast.

    As a Sr.

    Accountant, you'll advise business partners on appropriate accounting treatment for transactions primarily from logistics (transportation), perform closing activities ensuring compliance with accounting standards, solution inappropriate balances and transactions, prepare financial reports and statements, and perform financial analysis including review and explanation of large variances.

    This is a highly collaborative role analyzing large sets of data, therefore the best-fit candidate will have strong communication, critical thinking skills, and Excel/SQL skills.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's in Accounting, MBA/CPA a plus
    4+ years of experience in industry or public accounting required
    High proficiency in MS Excel and SQL
