    Who you are:
    A detail-oriented individual, who can oversee and facilitate the data management and reporting process for cost reduction initiatives
    An effective communicator, who can provide thorough analysis of the financial scorecard process and deliver recommendations to support Global Procurement Programs
    An efficient project manager, who can oversee ventures related to supplier reduction, including source investigation, selection, and transition execution


    What you will do:
    Performance Reporting

    Accurate tracking, monitoring, and reporting of performance vs. Annual Operating Percent (AOP)
    Collect, input, and evaluate monthly inflation and cost reduction results
    Oversee the Americas Cost Reduction project process

    Data Analysis

    Collect Purchase Price Variance (PPV) inputs from the Plants
    Analyze and evaluate the actual cost change results vs. Procurement projections
    Ensure PPV accuracy in comparison to the AOP and additional forecasts and resolve any discrepancies with Plant Controllers

    Procurement Decisions

    Conduct make versus buy investigations as requested, analyze the data and feedback, then determine best total cost solution and review with the appropriate Managers
    Scope, plan, conduct electronic and / or reverse auctions, and finalize source selection direction for applicable commodities as requested
    Support misc. projects, procurement initiatives, and develop ad hoc reports for management.


    What you will need:
    Bachelors in Supply Chain or equivalent field of study
    Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
    Advanced level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access

    Skills, Experience & Abilities
    SAP experience desired
    Effective time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities
    Problem solving and project management skills
    Excellent written and oral communication
