    We are currently seeking a part- time Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Stonepointe, a 238 unit apartment community in Lithonia, GA.

    $1,500 sign on bonus included

    Position Summary:

    As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and organizing programs and events for residents at the property.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, organize and implement educational, recreational, and social programs for residents
    • Connect residents with local, county, state, and federal services
    • Educate residents on service availability, application procedures, and client rights
    • Help residents build support networks with service organizations in the community
    • Assist residents with requested services such as car rental, taxi service, and show tickets
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in the social services or related field preferred
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
