    Description

    Geopros, Inc. is looking for a Service Coordinator for a full-time position in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area.

    Job Overview:

    The Service Coordinator will assist the Service Department personnel in the daily work schedule. This will include customer service, processing daily light payroll, and billing for shop and field service departments.

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    • phone calls and place calls to customers to obtain P.O. numbers.
    • labor time into the tracking system daily to balance weekly and monthly payroll hours.
    • work orders, enter labor descriptions, and close orders when work has been completed.
    • on recommended repairs for estimates.
    • reports for closed and open work orders.
    • proper documentation with information attached to the invoice for all work orders.
    • and file warranty claims per current company policy and maintain all warranty files.
    • customer complaints timely with proper documentation and potential resolution.
    • Preventative schedules for road tech assignments at the beginning of each month.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • communication skills.
    • a superior level of customer service and satisfaction.
    • knowledge of service operations in an equipment dealership.
    • organizational and analytical skills including competent knowledge of Excel and Word.

    Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 depending on experience.
