Description
Geopros , Inc. is looking for a Service Coordinator for a full-time position in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area.Job Overview:
The Service Coordinator will assist the Service Department personnel in the daily work schedule. This will include customer service, processing daily light payroll, and billing for shop and field service departments.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and place calls to customers to obtain P.O. numbers. Post labor time into the tracking system daily to balance weekly and monthly payroll hours. Log work orders, enter labor descr i ptions, and close orders when work has been completed. Informs on recommended repairs for estimates. Prepare reports for closed and open work orders. Maintain proper documentation with information attached to the invoice for all work orders. Prepare and file warranty claims per current company policy and maintain all warranty files. Research customer complaints timely with proper documentation and potential resolution . Maintain Preventative schedules for road tech assignments at the beginning of each month.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Effective communication skills. Provides a superior level of customer service and satisfaction. Working knowledge of service operations in an equipment dealership. Strong organizational and analytical skills including competent knowledge of Excel and Word.
Salary:
$50,000 to $55,000 depending on experience.
