    CALLING ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS

    Exciting opportunity in Irving, TX for on-site Customer Service Representatives with mortgage experience

    Looking to hire ASAP
    Long term contract
    Pay rate: $22/hour

    Position fully on-site in Irving TX
    Hours: 9:30am - 6pm MONDAY-FRIDAY (No weekends)MUST HAVE call center, real estate (Mortgage) experience or strong financial with credit background.

    Looking for dedicated people with good job tenure and strong work ethicMust have call center experience and work well in a busy/fast paced environmentMUST PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREEN

    Job Responsibilities
    • Customer problem resolution via the telephone
    • Word processing, including general correspondence and data entry
    • Interface with customers regarding inquiries and complaints
    • Effectively research internet for documentation to assist with verification requests
    • Responsible for answering routine questions and issues about products and services from internal and external customers
    • Effectively resolves inquiries or escalates concerns in a timely fashion
    • Analyze credit files to determine cause of missing data, changes to credit data
    • Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
    • Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
    • Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
    • Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
    • Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
    • Performs all other duties as assigned by management
