    **Position Description**

    Responsible for interfacing with customers prior to and/or after sale. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a customer, either from a financial standpoint or product standpoint. Pre-sale: Analysis of customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules; influencing production and shipping schedules; recommending price changes based on company/customer relationship; recognizing new business opportunities. Post-sale: Resolving production scheduling, shipping, or invoicing problems; determining validity of warranty claims and scheduling repair resources; changing production and shipping schedules; and recognizing add-on business opportunities.

    Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM 5:00 PM

    This is a temporary remote opportunity. Must be flexible to work both, onsite and remotely.

    Training: 2-3 week training will be conducted onsite

    **Minimum Requirements:**

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    1- 2 years call center experience

    1-2 years of proven experience with MS Office Suite

    **Critical Requirements:**

    1-2 years of proven experience with MS Office Suite

    Ability to learn challenging and growing product portfolio

    Excellent communication skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication

    High sense of urgency (working with critical life-saving drugs and time frames)

    Strong organization skills required

    Multitasking

    Must be flexible to work from home or onsite

    **Preferred requirements:**

    Open Availability

    0-1 years experience with Five 9, Citrix, CPR+, and Verint

    Pharmacy background

    **Physical Requirements:**

    General office demands

    **Education:**

    High School Diploma/GED

    Career Level - IC-Business Support-B2
