    Job Description

    We are looking for a Director Of Nursing (DON) to join our team. Your main role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating assigned patients.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage all nursing operations in the healthcare facility
    • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure top-notch patient care
    • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, offering guidance and support when needed
    • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively
    • Monitor and evaluate patient health status, adjusting treatment plans as required
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines for nursing practice
    • Regularly review documentation accuracy through audits
    • Manage nursing budgets, including staffing and resource allocation
    • Stay informed about medical technology advancements and best practices in nursing administration

    Your Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in nurse management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
    • Thorough understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and nursing practices
    • Excellent supervisory skills, providing constructive feedback and handling performance issues
    • Proficient in shift management to ensure optimal patient care through adequate staffing
    • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes
    • Attention to detail in documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance
