    Purpose
    Manage Enterprise- based projects and events.

    Critical to the success of this role is the ability work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders while continuously delivering project management excellence to drive efficiency and effectiveness while meeting company goals.

    Main Responsibilities
    Enterprise Operations Project Management


    Lead and oversee project management for Enterprise team operational initiatives, such as Customer Plans, ensuring completion of milestones and full understanding of project scope by all participants.

    Blend traditional project management principles and practices with an agile approach for strategic-level projects.

    Create processes and project plans while considering internal customer and BU requirements.

    Understands the company strategy and company vision and an internal drive for delivery continuous improvements.

    Lead through influence and communicate to all levels within the company.

    Conduct regular project meetings and communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to relevant stakeholders.

    Event Operations Project Management

    Project Manage large scale business events/meetings, specifically the National Sales Meetings and Presidents Club. Manage planning progress via

    Manage planning and execution of business meetings, including POA's, Strat Planning, Leadership meetings, etc.


    Work closely with key internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure that deadlines are met and that the event comes together in a cohesive manner.

    Review, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and manage vendor relations.

    Ensures that all objectives are achieved on time and remain on budget.

    Manage the onsite logistics during the live meeting/event.

    Attend site visits as needed.

    Experience Required

    • Experience required:5+ years' experience in related field.
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams. Self-directed with ability to build team work on shared projects and goals.
    • Event planning experience required.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented, solid organization, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, proven project management and analytical thinking skills.
    • Proficient in Project Management tools or SmartSheet).
    • Preferred, but not mandatory, Six Sigma Certification.
    Education

    • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
