- Inbound phone calls and in-person meetings with employees to go over benefits and retirement issues
- Experience within a Benefits or HR call center experience preferred

Job DescriptionBenefits Coordinator
LHH is looking for a Benefits Coordinator for our client, a Non Profit Organization with offices here in NYC. This person will be part of a large benefits team and assist with open enrollment process, retirement/pension questions, FMLA and other support. This person will be working an on-site, in person and meet with employees over phone, video and in person. This position will compensate between $25-26/hr, contingent on experience.
