    My client is a top, international law firm.

    Job Description

  • Acts as the main contact for employees and retirees regarding retirement benefit inquiries.
  • Help in preparing the yearly retirement budget.
  • Drafts communications for employees and partners about plan administration topics.
  • Analyzes monthly plan reports.
  • Aids the Manager of Benefits & Retirement with annual audits, financial statement preparations, and Form 5500 filings and other related documents.
  • Takes notes and prepares minutes from Benefits Committee meetings.
  • Contributes to special projects and performs various tasks related to retirement administration as assigned by management.

  • Bachelors degree (required)
  • 2+ years benefits experience (required)
  • Ability to work onsite four days a week
  • Experience with retirement-related responsibilities (preferred) What's on Offer

    The Benefits Coordinator will report into the Manager, who will provide coaching and mentoring for them to grow their career. The salary range is $65,000 - $75,000. This is a permanent role based in Midtown, Manhattan, and the firm is operating on a 4 days onsite/1 from home schedule.
