- Acts as the main contact for employees and retirees regarding retirement benefit inquiries.
- Help in preparing the yearly retirement budget.
- Drafts communications for employees and partners about plan administration topics.
- Analyzes monthly plan reports.
- Aids the Manager of Benefits & Retirement with annual audits, financial statement preparations, and Form 5500 filings and other related documents.
- Takes notes and prepares minutes from Benefits Committee meetings.
- Contributes to special projects and performs various tasks related to retirement administration as assigned by management.

- Bachelors degree (required)
- 2+ years benefits experience (required)
- Ability to work onsite four days a week

The Benefits Coordinator will report into the Manager, who will provide coaching and mentoring for them to grow their career. The salary range is $65,000 - $75,000. This is a permanent role based in Midtown, Manhattan, and the firm is operating on a 4 days onsite/1 from home schedule.
