    Join our team

    The project slate for our Performance Sound, Video, and Communications (PSVC) team is growing fast. We're designing AV/PSVC systems, tuning them, and more on active projects, with more projects on the horizon. Here's the brief:

    · Every project is custom—be ready to get creative

    · Full-time, New York office, hybrid

    · Start ASAP

    · $70,000-$85,000 (negotiable)

    · 100 percent company-funded health, vision, and dental

    There is no "day in the life" of someone on the PSVC team—designing custom projects means doing something different most days. In general, you'll:

    · Design performance sound, video, and control systems using Revit and AutoCAD

    · Calibrate/tune those systems onsite

    · Write specifications, equipment lists, and budgets for your designs

    · Explain technical concepts to non-technical people

    · Work collaboratively

    · Document, document, document

    Your 3-7 years of experience includes time as a live performance audio engineer, AV systems designer, or sound designer and you have most of these skills and experience:

    · Experience designing AV systems using Revit & AutoCAD

    · Experience with loudspeaker modeling software

    · Experience optimizing performance audio systems

    · Knowledge of performance audio system components

    · Knowledge of different loudspeaker manufacturers

    You are:

    · Accurate

    · Detailed to a fault

    · Always looking ahead for avoidable problems

    Consultant level. Salary range: $70,000-$85,000 with great benefits like no-cost-to-employee health, dental, and vision coverage. If you're a more senior person with consulting experience who could do a consultant-level job with your eyes shut and more, we can talk about starting at a higher level.
