We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive.
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry, and effectively promoting AI solutions suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the real estate and property management sector.
Prospect and qualify leads, utilizing a combination of networking, cold calling, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of our AI solutions, addressing specific pain points and business challenges faced by property managers and owners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales collateral that resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate our unique selling points.
Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, including property managers, regional directors, and property owners, by delivering exceptional customer service and providing ongoing support.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and continuous improvement.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals in a timely manner.
Utilize HubSpot Sales Professional CRM to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate accurate forecasts for sales projections.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, customer success, and technical support, to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, effectively networking and promoting our brand to a wider audience.
Required Experience and Skills:
2 or more years of proven success in B2B sales, with a focus on selling directly to real estate property managers, regional directors, and owners of multifamily apartment communities.
Experience selling smart technology (IoT) solutions is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong understanding of IoT applications within the real estate industry.
Familiarity with HubSpot Sales Professional CRM is a significant advantage, with the ability to leverage CRM tools for lead management and sales optimization.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat is essential for preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.Outside sales experience is a must, with the ability to thrive in face-to-face interactions and build rapport with clients in diverse settings.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a track record of building lasting relationships and closing complex deals.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and a drive to exceed sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
