- This full-time contract attorney position will involve working on litigation and pre-litigation matters related to insurance coverage.
- We prefer candidates based in California and expect the selected individual to work West Coast hours.
- Reviewing policies, writing coverage opinions, preparing pleadings, drafting motions, and reviewing documents.
- 5+ years of insurance coverage counselling/litigation experience.
- Active bar admission in CA.
- Demonstrated success in legal research and analyzing coverage issues.
- Experience in high-impact complex litigation and providing legal advice on commercial policies.
- Strong motions drafting skills.
- Ability to work remotely and support West Coast hours.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
