Job Title:
Specialized Teaching Faculty, 9 or 12 Month Salaried (multiple vacancies), College of Nursing

Regular/Temporary:
Full/

Part Time:
Full-Time

Responsibilities We are seeking Full-Time (9 or 12 month) Specialized Teaching Faculty positions to teach primarily in the Undergraduate Nursing Program providing didactic, lab and/or clinical nursing instruction across a broad range of settings, including fundamentals, health assessment, community, pediatrics, and senior internship.

Participate in planning, organizing, and developing curriculum for the Undergraduate Nursing Program.
Appropriately document student progress in clinical sessions.
Qualifications Academic doctorate (PhD, DNP, EdD) or highest level terminal degree from an accredited institution. Relevant teaching experience.

Demonstrate the ability to work well with students, faculty and staff at all levels within a diverse, multi-cultural, collaborative environment.

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook or equivalent software.
Experience supervising and training employees.
Experience meeting project deadlines.
Experience identifying, gathering, interpreting, reporting data and/or editing information.

Currently, our Undergraduate Nursing Program offers a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), in a traditional method of delivery (starting in Fall and Spring Semesters) and a Fast-Track BSN, 4 consecutive semesters (15 months).
