- Reviews, develops, validates, analyzes, and updates publications (Operation Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Modification Instructions, Technical Instructions, SL-3's and Special Instructions).
- Drafts and reviews Statements of Work for various client components.
- Provides coordination and management of various systems and processes as required.
- Assists in initial provisioning and fielding of new equipment to include new equipment asset management and inventory control.
- Provides assistance in the management of the program for spares, repair parts, and supplies to meet requirements.
- Ensures quality assurance is managed by utilizing the Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs) and providing immediate resolutions.
- Ensures proper documentation.
- Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts and may have supervisory responsibilities.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelors Degree in STEM-related field and 4 years of experience OR Masters Degree in STEM-related field and 2 years of relevant experience OR PhD and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Relevant core and advanced certifications as established/required per local, national, and international industry standards or as necessitated by performance expectations associated with level of appointment.
- Journeyman skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tier.
- Senior skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tiers.
- 3 years of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership.
- Active Secret Security Clearance Physical Requirements / Travel
- Must be able to work in an office environment at a desk and computer.
- May travel ~10% to conferences, program reviews, industry meetings, or other collaborative events
