SNC is seeking candidates for positions at Hill AFB, Utah supporting effective and responsive integration throughout the lifecycles of Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) Weapon Systems.

The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems.

Its end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training and complete logistics support.

IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed expectations – with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or under) budget deliveries.

Bachelor's of Science degree in any engineering discipline and typically 14 or more years of relevant experience
OR Masters degree in any engineering discipline and 12 years of related experience
OR PhD degree in any engineering discipline and 9 years of related experience
Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practices
systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles
Security Clearance is required

Systems Engineering Certification
~Professional Engineering License
~ Able to create unified user experiences throughout a given application
~ Provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of complex hardware/software systems, including requirements elicitation and analysis & functional allocation
~ Develop concepts of operation & interface standards
~ End-to-end flow analysis
~ SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
