This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project's readiness to go live.
How you will contributeYou will:
Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and toolsSupport I2M and IIM process within the site; provide site AR write ups & prepare critical site inputs to brand Business DevelopmentLeads Project execution and Project evaluation phases within I2M and IIM framework for all site initiativesIdentify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when neededProvide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetingsLead budget management, resource planning and utilizationConfirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
Supports Site Strategic Plan:
Supports the site director in developing the site strategy and plant road map.
Be the key partner for Product Supply team on sourcing/capacity expansion - ensure full integration of Innovation/Renovation plans in 421 into site supply plans.
Partner effectively with Engineering to build the site CAPEX budgetWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standardGood understanding of end-to-end processes in the manufacturing and business environment; working knowledge of commercialization process (I2M); project leadership / management skills and technical and financial aspects of the businessExcellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environmentPossess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organizationStrong focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project deliveryStrong conceptual and analytic skills - enjoys problem solving
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required / Engineering degree preferable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project managementProficient in snacks technologyKnowledge in both technical and financial affairsThe United States is the largest market in the Mondel?z International family with a significant employee and manufacturing footprint.
