Industrial Development Manager
Location:
Indianapolis, IN
Compensation:
$160,000+ (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Manage industrial land development projects from inception to completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Oversee site work, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.
Prepare and present budget reports, tracking project expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, construction, and legal, to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing industrial land development projects.
Strong client-facing skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
Expertise in site work and construction processes.
Ability to analyze budget reports and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
