    Description

    Summary: We are currently partnered with an innovative industrial company looking to build out their team with Corporate Development Manager. This Corporate Development Manager will have the opportunity to join a highly acquisitive team and be a part of small and large acquisitions. This team is in high growth mode and open to seeing Senior Manager level candidates for the team as well.

    Location: Chicago, IL

    Corporate Development Manager Responsibilities:

    • Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
    • Develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases to support investment decisions
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential targets and growth opportunities
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
    • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful integrations
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, advisors, and industry contacts

    Manager Corporate Development Qualifications:

    • 3-5+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or M&A deal experience
    • Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
    • Relevant M&A Experience
