Candidates must have business-to-business sales experience and have recently managed 5 or more people.

    Our strong reputation for quality customer service has been the foundation of our success. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for continuing to impress our customers. This position involves proactively selling solutions to our customers' problems (whether it's providing product and technical advice).

    About Factory Cleaning Equipment by Jon-Don:

    Factory Cleaning Equipment by Jon-Don is a national provider and dealer of Industrial Floor Scrubbers and Sweepers. We represent several of the best, most reliable brands in the industry. Since 1994 we've been providing not just the equipment customers need, but the real-world knowledge, rolled-up sleeves approach, and rock-solid reliability they can't find with other dealers. Today, with 8 branches strategically located throughout the United States, we're serving industries ranging from gyms to the largest food and beverage manufacturers in the country. Although we've grown a lot over the years, our mantra has always been, "Big enough to service your needs, small enough to know your name"

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Reporting
    • Budgeting
    • Staffing/ training
    • Sales projections
    • Customer meetings
    • Profitability analysis
    • Inventory management
    • Conduct annual reviews
    • Coach and motivate Salesforce
    • Machine Demonstrations
    • Assist customer buying decisions
    • Work as a nationwide sales team
    • Provide product and technical advice
    • Learn new products and industry trends
    • Educate customers through product demonstrations
    • Attend product and industry seminars/ training events
    • Identify incremental sales opportunities within existing customer base
    • Assist sales representatives in establishing and qualifying new leads
    • Utilize resources such as marketing materials and vendor relationships
    • Develop professional customer relationships (in person and over the phone)
    Requirements

    Education and Experience:
    • Recent management experience (5 or more people)
    • Business-to-business sales experience
    • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
