- Assist with discovery processes, including responding to discovery requests.
- Review legal documents and conduct legal research as required.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as subpoenas, complaints, summons, etc.
- Assist in assembling trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and mediations.
- Maintain an organized calendar for court hearings and deadlines.
- Draft, revise, and finalize letters, briefs, memos and motions.
- Collaborate with supervising attorney and provide general administrative support.
- 2+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in personal injury law.
- Knowledge of Federal and State filing and service procedures, as well as court guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.

We are just starting to grow our litigation department, focusing only on high-value multi-six and seven-figure cases. You will be getting in on the ground floor and be the only paralegal reporting directly to the managing attorney.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and has a passion for providing outstanding legal services to our clients with 2-5 years of personal injury experience and bilingual (Spanish). You must have a strong desire to grow and work in a fast paced environment.
