Personal Injury Paralegal

No Remote work

  • Conduct initial client interviews, gather case details, and assess needs.
  • Organize and manage medical records, including obtaining necessary documentation.
  • Draft legal documents, complaints, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
  • Assist in case preparation for trials, depositions, and mediation by gathering evidence and preparing exhibits.
  • Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to facilitate case progress.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
  • Assist in case investigation activities, including interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence.
  • Prepare trial materials and assist attorneys during courtroom proceedings.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements throughout the case process.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals in personal injury cases.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
  • Familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of legal procedures and regulations in personal injury cases.
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.

Pay:
$ $37.00 per hour
