Requirements:


  • At least 7+ years experience propounding and responding to discovery in personal injury litigation;
  • At least 7+ years experience calendaring court deadlines;
  • Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent time management skills, highly organized, and good at multitasking without compromising work integrity;
  • Detail oriented and selfstarter, able to work independently;
  • Type at least 50 WPM;
  • Speaking Spanish fluently is a huge plus;
  • You should have a very thorough understanding of Personal Injury, both in the prelitigation and litigation phases;
  • Relevant and applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, deadlines, court rules and procedures, practices, etc.;
  • Learn and pivot quickly to manage deadlines in a fastpaced environment;
  • Strong written and communication skills;
  • Be dependable, reliable, trustworthy and motivated;
  • Extensive computer and database expertise (Filevine experience a plus); and
  • Paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification.

Pay:
$70, $90,000.00 per year
