    A busy, well-respected, Personal Injury Law Firm in Century City seeks a full-time experienced Personal Injury LITIGATION PARALEGAL to join our growing firm

    Your duties will include:

    - Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial
    - Propound and respond to extensive discovery
    - Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies
    - Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
    - Calendaring
    - Noticing Depositions and other Hearings
    - Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys
    - Organize documents for filing
    - Drafting correspondence
    - Special projects as needed

    Speaking Spanish fluently is a huge plus and you must have a very thorough understanding of Personal Injury, both in the pre-litigation and Litigation phases.
