Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team in LaGrange, GA. This position offers a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities include overseeing A/R and A/P activities, resources, and duties according to company policies and procedures.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, handling invoicing, building strong relationships with vendors/customers, and promoting collaboration across teams.
Provide daily supervision to the AR and AP team for all NAM entities, leading a team of 4 individuals.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of AP transactions, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
Handle the timely management and reconciliation of GRNI (good receipts) accounts.
Take charge of reconciling AP and AR related accounts.
Support the Finance department by generating essential reports for Month-end closing, cash flow forecasting, and sales and use tax accounting.
Execute special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial accounting management.
Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Preferred familiarity with AXD365.
Proven communication and organizational skills.
Must be prepared to actively participate and contribute to the management team.
Success-driven team leader with motivating skills.
