We are seeking an exceptional accountant with experience in IFRS to join our team in Clearwater, SC. This role will play a crucial part in preparing our business for public market scrutiny through our planned IPO. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IFRS 15/ASC 606 and possess strong attention to detail.

This position can be based in our London office or remotely in the EMEA/Americas regions, reporting to our Global Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the timely and accurate monthend reporting process
Take full responsibility for a portion of the revenue recognition process based on your strengths
Support the yearend audit process and statutory reporting
Contribute to the finance team's preparations for the IPO
Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and procedures, ensuring compliance
Share knowledge with team members to ensure coverage when needed
Continuously develop skills and stay updated on relevant standards and regulations
Build strong relationships with colleagues outside of the finance team

Required Skills and Experience:

Outstanding academic record and proven success in your career
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
Certified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ACMA, CPA, etc.)
Experience with IFRS 15/ASC 606 revenue recognition
Previous experience at a large public accounting firm or multinational corporate accounting department preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar software is a plus
