Product Owner - Jordan Valley, OR

Our client, a digital partner based in Europe, is dedicated to sustainable digital value creation. They serve a diverse range of major and mid-sized businesses, including Amazon, Munich RE, and over 50 global private equity companies. With a highly selective hiring process, they currently have 200 employees, but are experiencing strong growth and are looking to add 300 more as soon as possible. Their team of professionals, comprised of top talent, has expanded through successful projects with global industrial giants.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and assist with the functional and technical delivery of important customer projects
Identify functional specifications, project release plans/roadmaps, and the best software solutions while providing guidance on technical implementation options based on customer requirements
Ensure successful collaboration between the client, development teams, and other internal stakeholders
Prioritize epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and transform complex roadmaps into achievable milestones
Act as a liaison between all parties involved, guiding them towards success and removing any obstacles or friction
Build and develop the team, assisting with hiring for new, highpotential prospects

Requirements:

University degree in business, computer science, or a related field with a strong academic background (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
13 years of relevant experience as a technical project manager or product owner in a technologyfocused business or service
