Your responsibilities:


  • Designing and developing open youth work
  • Public relations and networking
  • Contributing to the design of the facilities and course offerings
  • Communicating with and supporting young people in various situations
  • Applying for and managing public funding for open children and youth work, as well as thirdparty funding
  • Collaborating with other institutions in the neighborhood and participating in committees

Your profile:


  • You have a completed qualification as a social pedagogue
  • You have experience in administration or are willing to learn
  • You have a confident demeanor and are not afraid of challenges
  • You are a team player and creative
  • Communication skills and a solutionoriented approach are among your strengths
