ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop and improve new and existing assembly lines
Conduct teardown analysis of field returns to drive product improvements
Drive focused problem-solving and interpretation of data
Communicate clear action plans & results to leadership & colleagues
Maintain all manufacturing process documentation
Lead kaizen events to drive continual process improvement
Contribute to our strategy & execution beyond just your scope of responsibility
Develop and implement new manufacturing technology

IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS

Strong problem-solving abilities (Six Sigma Greenbelt, Blackbelt preferred)
Experience with 2 and 3 Dimensional CAD modelling software (AutoCAD, Solidworks), Project, Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Minitab, FEA and PLC programming (ladder logic) a plus) BSME, BSEE required.
Familiarity with the philosophy of lean
0-5 years of experience
