Description

Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a key player in our operation, driving our commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by utilizing your knowledge in product and manufacturing methods

Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, and translate them into effective, efficient manufacturing processes

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Solid experience and knowledge in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies

Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering concepts

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions

A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
