- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Monitor insurance policy renewals and proactively address any issues or changes
- Consistently provide the customer with prompt, knowledgeable and timely response to calls or inquiries
- Document calls, activities, and transactions in Account Management System
- Check/Process policies and endorsements
- Quote new and renewing policies on carrier websites and/or PL Rater
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our team. With a competitive salary range of $35,000 to $75,000(based on experience) annually, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
