About the Company

We are a small law firm with 4 employees located in Bietigheim-Bissingen near Ludwigsburg. Our focus is solely on asset management, therefore we do not have any ongoing legal cases in court. We do not have any client visits.

We specialize in private equity, securities, and real estate. Our investments are carefully selected from a variety of options and then undergo legal and tax reviews. Once contracts are signed and contributions are made, we monitor the investments, review reports, and make shareholder decisions if necessary. The results of our investments are then processed in our annual financial statements and tax returns.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled accountant or tax consultant (m/f/d) to join our team and help us grow.

What to Expect

You will be responsible for booking individual business transactions in our asset management accounting software
You will also handle complex and international transactions, for which we will provide training
You will be involved in international investments
You will work with our auditor KPMG for the annual financial statements and
