We operate nationwide with a focus on the metropolitan areas of Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf and Munich.


Responsibilities


To support our growing team, we are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time at our Hamburg location.


What will be your responsibilities?

  • Independent support of multiple clients and (Junior) HR Business Partners, and ultimately the entire region
  • Internal development of allaboutHRLaw together with the management team
  • Management of employees in the region
  • Management of clients in the region together with responsible (Junior) HR Business Partners
  • Establishment of human resources work for new or selected clients
  • Consulting of executives on all personnel issues
  • Operational human resources work as needed
  • Focus on and further development of an HR area of your choice

Qualifications

What sets you apart?

  • Completed (university) degree with a focus on human resources
  • At least 35 years
