Head of Customer Service (m/f/d)
for our
Kassel location at the earliest possible date.


Your responsibilities:

  • You coordinate the service reception by managing and optimizing work processes and task distribution
  • You ensure appointment management and work with a focus on key performance indicators
  • You provide competent advice to our customers on all service matters and ensure a smooth and timely processing of all service orders
  • You confidently lead the service reception team and promote employees through performance reviews, evaluations, and qualification measures
  • You create vehicle diagnoses and determine the scope of service and repair orders
  • You implement measures and programs for customer care and retention

Your profile:

  • In addition to a completed vocational training, you have successfully completed further training as a master mechanic
  • You have extensive professional experience in the service department of a car dealership
  • You stand
