WHAT YOU WILL DO

As our Head of Category Management & Pricing, you will take ownership of the profitable product range and pricing of our products.

This includes selecting the product range, developing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns, as well as managing the procurement and provision of products.

In this role, you will increase the strategic impact within the company by establishing and ensuring efficient processes for both existing and new products offered by expondo.

Lead a professional and disciplinary team
Responsible for the entire process from selecting articles to selling off remaining stock
Use OKR's to drive the company's success
Manage component assortment mix, pricing, and promotions
Responsible for strategic assortment management
Select relevant brands and articles, procure competitively, optimize stock levels, and consistently delist products
Identify process optimization opportunities and development needs for your team and effectively implement them
Communicate with our marketing experts, operational purchasing team, and other stakeholders

WHAT YOU BRING IN

Several years of professional experience in a similar role
BSc/BA or Master's degree in business administration or a relevant field
Strong analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of eCommerce and the international market environment
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze and synthesize information and draw business conclusions
High level of cultural understanding and ability to
