Description
Join our client's team in Nienburg as a full-time employee in the Customer Service department, with a fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Customer support and management of the ordertocash process
- Management of our product portfolio
- Processing and coordination of customer inquiries according to company policies and procedures
- Communication with various departments such as account management, planning, and logistics
- Internal and external reporting
- Participation in projects (national and international)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or completed commercial training with experience in customer service, order processing, and/or sales in an international environment
- SAP knowledge
- Knowledge of "Sales Force" software is desirable
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Good analytical skills
- Commitment, responsibility, teamwork, and customer orientation
