- Post open positions and screen resumes and applications
- Interview candidates and coordinate hiring process
- Onboard new hires by conducting orientation and ensuring completion of paperwork
- Maintain employee files and records in compliance with regulations
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, implement resolutions
- Support managers with performance management processes
- Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities
- Serve as point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
